Consulting Services:
We manage all stages of each contract for lease-ups for student housing, tax credit/affordable housing, rental retirement or market-rate. Watching your occupancy rise and teams continue the process of acheiving lowered vacancy rates is the goal for final outcome of all BMA contracts. Leasing shops and sales assessments are considered part of the lease-up service. Market trouble-shooting is our business.
